If you are a union member with credits and representation and you are in the thick of building your career, El Nido is for you. A four-month mentorship built for honest conversation, real perspective, and the kind of support that helps you move forward with intention.

We are looking for mentors who know how much one real conversation can change someone's trajectory. If you are an established professional in film, TV, streaming, or adjacent fields and can commit to four meetings over four months, we would love to match you with a working Latino creative.
Mentors of all backgrounds are welcome and encouraged.

El Nido was founded by Latino creatives to strengthen Latino representation in entertainment through mentorship, community, and real career support. Your support helps fund mentorship coordination, mentee resources, and the infrastructure to do this well.
