The Pilot
Launch one 4-month cohort (February–May 2027). 10 mentee-mentor pairs. Funding through individual donations, grants, and in-kind support.
Scaling
Two cohorts per year or one growing cohort. Partnerships with unions, Latino filmmaker groups, festivals. First future branch explored.
Institutionalization
501(c)(3) status. Corporate partnerships and major donors. A permanent home for El Nido — website, forum, newsletter, possibly physical space.
