El Nido translates to "The Nest"
A place that is both shelter and launchpad, carefully built, deeply intentional, and designed to be left stronger than you arrived.
The Shelter
A nest holds space for vulnerability. It is where a young bird is fed, protected, and watched over as it grows. El Nido offers that kind of care: a place to ask the questions that rarely feel safe in public rooms, without fear of judgment or competition.
The Structure
A nest is intentionally built. Every twig, every feather, even a piece of garbage serves a purpose. El Nido mirrors that structure with a clear timeline, defined expectations, and thoughtful pairings so that each mentorship has the support it needs to thrive.
The Flight
A nest is never the final destination. It is the starting point. The goal is that every mentee eventually flies out carrying new clarity, relationships, and tools and, when ready, returns as a mentor to help build the next nest.
